How do you create a web page?
I want to have an online magazine. Im making profits from the advertisements on the page. I dont know too much about creating a nice looking page, however. If anyone knows where I can at least find templates, that would be great. web page designers are too pricey– costs range from 500 -10,000.

Well you can use some crappy host like Freewebs that gives you some templetes. But don’t go with templetes or hosts like Freewebs. If you do no one will visit your site.
Get a real host like trap17,110mb or freehostia
Then the best way would be to make a site yourself. Learn at least HTML. But if you can also try to learn CSS,JavaScript, and maybe PHP. All will help to make your page better.

if you are on a tight budget you can set up free blogs that will work well for a magazine. you can place adsense ads on the side and make money from that.
blogger is probably the best free blogging platform.
